We ship worldwide.

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We provide different shipping options depending on the country and size and weight of the ordered goods. We ship with GLS, PostNord and UPS.

Wordwide shipping available from 40 DKK (~6 USD / ~5.4 EUR)

Shipping to Denmark from 29 DKK

FREE shipping*:

  • to Denmark on orders over 500 DKK

  • to Sweden, Germany on orders over 1.000 DKK (~135 EUR)

  • globally on orders over 1.500 DKK (~200 EUR / ~225 USD)

Pickup in BÖF showroom in Copenhagen is possible by appointment and is always free

For shipping to Denmark, FREE shipping is provided with delivery to parcel shop or.

For shipping to Sweden, FREE shipping is provided with delivery to parcel shop.

For shipping to all other countries, FREE shipping is provided with delivery to home address.

Free shipping is provided with GLS or PostNord.

Shipping option "POSTNORD NO TRACKING (5-15 WORK DAYS + CUSTOMS)":

This option is for small items with a total weight, including packaging, of 100 grams / 3.5 oz. For this shipping option longer delivery time must be expected. For orders outside EU, please allow extra delivery time for the customs authorities. The processing time at local customs offices can vary.

This shipping option is unregistered, no insurance is offered for the ordered goods and we are not able to track the shipment. 

It is recommended only to use this option for items with a limited value.

Shipping option "PostNord (5-15 work days + customs)":

This option is shipped with tracking and with insurance up to 250 DKK.

For orders outside EU, please allow extra delivery time for the customs authorities. The processing time at local customs offices can vary.

When shipping to a business/company address, please ensure there is a reception or someone to receive the package.

Additional shipping fees:

  • For some destinations (E.G. remote areas), an additional fee might be added.

  • For large, odd size, heavy and other special deliveries, an additional fee might be added.

We will contact you if it applies to your order.

 

We gift wrap for free! - just write us a note in the comments section when you place your order.

 

dispatch

We dispatch orders within 1-2 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of orders without track & trace which are shipped twice a week. During peak periods this may take longer.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.

You can follow your order with the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation, which you get by e-mail as soon as we dispatch your order.

  • Danish orders will typically be delivered within 1-3 work days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

  • International orders will typically be delivered within 3-8 work days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

  • Longer delivery time apply for items not in stock.

  • Longer delivery time may apply during peak periods, like Easter, Christmas and other public holidays.

 

delays

If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer will be given the option and has a right to terminate the agreement, free of charge. BÖF will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination.

BÖF is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

  • Should there be delays with the logistics company BÖF cannot be held liable.

  • BÖF will not pay shipping for uncollected packages.

 

returns

You have the right to cancel your purchases within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

BÖF will not cover the shipping cost for returned goods.
